On September 27, 2019, Ken Rollins and Kate Deringer Sallie will present Diversity & The Board Evaluation Process at the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers’ 2019 Annual Convention, which will take place over four days at The Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, CO. Their session will review recent research regarding the performance of companies having diverse boards. Kate and Ken will provide examples of communications recently received from concerned shareholders, propose appropriate responsive communications and actions, and explore how a robust board evaluation and director succession process offers opportunities to address a lack of diversity.

Cory Iannacone and Lindsey Snavely will present of Negotiating to Win: Getting Everything While Giving Nothing as a Webinar on July 24, 2019 for the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors. On June 4, 2019, Todd Shill and John Martin will close out the Pennsylvania Association of Court Management’s Semi-Annual Conference at the Nittany Lion Inn in State College, PA. Todd and John will be discussing issues related to social media and the issues and challenges they present for courts, judges, and the judicial system as a whole. On May 17, 2019, John Martin will be a presenter at this year’s PCUA Connect Conference, which will take place over three days at the Hershey Lodge.
