Whether counseling professional athletes through contract negotiations or advising companies on internet and cybersecurity matters, Kevin Gold has built his reputation on experience, approachability and discretion.  Kevin takes pride in the relationships he builds with his clients, serving as a trusted advisor in all aspects of employment and labor law, entertainment and sports, and intellectual property and technology, including critical issues regarding privacy and security risk.

Kevin represents public and private employers, clients in the entertainment and sports industries, including a specialty representing National Football League long snappers, as well as start-up and emerging businesses concerning intellectual property matters.

Kevin brings 25+ years of legal experience to his cross-industry clientele, and his deep knowledge of legal and business practices extends beyond private sector to government, having also worked as an attorney in the Office of United States Congressman George W. Gekas. 

Kevin contributes frequently to law and business journals and was even the subject of his own chapter of a best-selling sports book pertaining to his sports representation practice.  He enjoys speaking to client, networking, and peer groups about subjects ranging from social media liability issues to the business of sports. His passions extend to the community the Chair of the Ben Franklin TechCelerator Advisory Board and other professional associations and volunteering endeavors.
