Lindsey E. Snavely

Lindsey Snavely pays close attention to the details of your business.  Having previously worked as Counsel, Global Labor & Employment for The Hershey Company, where she supported the Human Resources organization, Lindsey understands the need for practical, actionable business guidance in representing and advising employers.  She regularly provides counseling and training to employers on various workplace issues, including disciplinary matters, leaves of absences, and wage and hour questions.  In addition, Lindsey has defended employers in both single-employee and class/collective actions in state and federal courts, as well as before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and she routinely represents employers in unemployment compensation hearings.

Lindsey also concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, from foreclosure actions to corporate disputes to simple breach of contract cases.

Lindsey is a certified mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation.  She is also a member of the Lancaster Chapter of SHRM.

A graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law, Lindsey is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and West Virginia. She is also admitted in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Western District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, Northern District of West Virginia, and Southern District of West Virginia.
