Hannah Pasco
Hannah knows how to stand on (and up for) business. Her practice of law is dynamic, assisting clients with a variety of transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, regulatory compliance for public companies reporting to the SEC, company formation and governance, and various bankruptcy proceedings.
Hannah graduated from Grand Valley State University in Michigan and thereafter obtained her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law. During her time at Dickinson, Hannah was a member of the Dickinson Law Review. As an associate editor, Hannah researched and wrote a comment analyzing strategic lawsuits against public participation and how the federal circuits’ interpretation of civil procedure rules limited anti-SLAPP viability and encouraged forum shopping. As a comment editor, Hannah met with, edited, and provided guidance to associate editors through the comment writing process. Hannah also was a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Writing Department, which required her to teach first year students, provide feedback and grade various assignments.
Hannah received a certificate from Dickinson Law in Entrepreneurship Law with a concentration in transactions. Hannah was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Securities Regulation, an award given to the highest scoring student in the class. Hannah was also the recipient of the 2024 Laura Davis Jones Award for Excellence in Bankruptcy Law, an award that honors a third-year student with the highest combined grade in the bankruptcy law curriculum.
Hannah is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
