Ken Rollins and Kate Deringer Sallie presented “A Renewed Focus on CRA Compliance” at the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers 2023 Maximizing Mutuality Conference held at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort, Bedford, Pennsylvania, on May 11^th and 12^th.  Their session focused on the impact of the federal regulators’ renewed focus on CRA compliance on a bank’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, with a focus on the frequent areas of concern/criticism, the examination process and strategic combinations, and an overview of and update on the joint proposal to update the current CRA regulations.
