Ken Rollins will present “The Interplay of Fiduciary Duty and Strategic Planning” at the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers 2023 Annual Convention to be held at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa in Savannah, Georgia from September 21^st – 23^rd. The session will start with an overview of the duties owed by bank directors and officers to the bank and its various constituencies before proceeding to discuss how engaging in a robust strategic planning process can serve as evidence of the fulfillment of a director’s fiduciary duty.  The session will then explore the key components of an effective strategic plan, with an emphasis on bank and nonbank acquisitions as one key component.
