Kenneth J. Rollins
There’s a rumor that Ken Rollins never sleeps. How else to explain the long list of bank mergers, more than $100 million in new capital raised in underwritten public offerings, an impressive $80 million equipment line of credit for his clients? The truth is, Ken thrives on success – his and yours.
Though he has spent much of his career advising financial institutions on legal matters involving regulatory compliance, acquisitions and divestitures, capital raising, strategic planning and compliance with federal and state securities laws, Ken’s knowledge and experience runs the gamut of corporate matters.
He is a frequent lecturer, speaking at conferences and providing training on legal matters as pertains to the financial community. Further, Ken is well-versed on all aspects of corporate governance (including formation and general corporate advice), and he has counseled clients through bankruptcy proceedings, loan workouts, commercial and consumer lending transactions, and even creditors’ rights and collection matters.
As Central Penn Business Journal’s 2015 “Forty Under 40” award recipient, Ken’s commitment to business growth, professional excellence and community service is well established. Ken is a graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series and serves on the Board of Directors of Blue Mountain Community Services and as an active member of the Turnaround Management Association.
