Pillar+Aught Principal Kate Deringer Sallie will be presenting and serving as moderator of the “Top Commercial Cases of the Year” panel at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 22nd Annual Bankruptcy Institute, which is being held on October 18, 2017 at the PBI Conference Center in Mechanicsburg. This panel will address decisions over the last year that are of importance to attorneys with a commercial bankruptcy practice. Among the cases to be discussed will be opinions of the Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and other important decisions from outside the Third Circuit.
